There are many Seaboards, and many Seas. In my coaching of clients and in my own Buddhist psychotherapy sessions, one major, helpful thing I’ve learned is that everyone has issues, no one has all the answers, or even any answers, and that the truth is always in ourselves. In our own hearts, souls, minds and bodies. We have deep innate wisdom and all it takes to find it is listening to ourselves, being aware of our thoughts and bodies, and being quiet and receptive. We know so much. We know all we need to know at any point in time. Our confusion and fear are signposts. Our joy and love are heralds.
We are all teachers and guides.
We navigate by our interior North Star. Find the harbors we need right when we need them. It is a process to trust and be gentle with ourselves and others.
